The disgraced crypto mogul, who is accused of swindling $8 billion from customers of his crypto exchange, was arrested at his luxury apartment complex in the Bahamas last week. He faces multiple criminal charges, including wire fraud, securities fraud, money laundering and a campaign finance violation.
